Outdoor Learning

Good morning,
If you have access to an outside area please find some activities below to take the learning outside!

-Look at 'Henri Matisse-Snail'. How does the artist use his material to make a snail? Can you copy it using items you might find outside, how could you create the spirals?
-James Brunt uses natural materials to create patterns, swirls and more. Can you create the same patterns? Take a picture and let us know!
-Stone Cairns (balancing towers) are a great way to practise mindfulness and perseverance. Use stones from around your area and see how high you can build a tower.
-Go on a mini-beast and/or a scavenger hunt. Where do you find certain insects, why do you think you find them there?
-Draw and label a habitat for a mini beast.
