Clare Herbert completed her Educational Doctorate with The University of Cambridge in 2018. Her thesis is entitled, 'Growing professional capital through Lesson Study'. She previously completed her M.Ed. and TLDW with HertsCam.

Sam Squires completed her Masters in Education in 2018. Her article was published in the International Journal of Teacher Leadership.
Claire Moberly is currently studying for a Masters in Education (2019 - 2021).
Teacher Led Development Work Programme (TLDW)
Lorranie Harvie and Claire McGary completed TLDW projects in 2019. Lorranie, one of our early years teachers explored Transition into Year 1, and Claire, our early year practitioner, explored Transition into Year R. Lorraine has since moved on to a larger early years provision.
