Phonics
We have learnt the sounds s, a, t, i, p, n, m, d, g, o, c and k now. Help your child to read the words below using the sound buttons to help. Every time they push the sound button that makes the individual sound. Slowly speed up the sounds until they can read the word. Encourage the children to then put the words into a sentence using the word 'and' (just verbally they do not need to write it). There is also a eye spy game to play, make sure you use the letter sounds not the letter names.
